What we collect
When you book a trip we collect your name, email address, phone number, an emergency contact (name and phone number) and a short note of your ability. If you create an account we also keep your sign-in details.
Why we use it
We use it to take your booking, run the trip safely, contact you about it and reach your emergency contact if something goes wrong. We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated to your booking.
Who else sees it
Stripe takes your card payment as our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Our site and records are hosted by Amazon Web Services in London. Email is sent through Amazon SES.
How long we keep it
