Who runs the trips

Women on the Wild Side is run by Sam Weir, guiding road cycling, wild swimming and hiking around Kenmore, Loch Tay and Perthshire. Registered business name and address: [Sam to confirm].

Booking and payment

You book a place on a trip by filling in the booking form and paying by card through Stripe. Your place is confirmed only once the payment has been taken, and we then email you a confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. If the last place is taken before your payment is confirmed, we refund you in full.

Cancellation

Our cancellation and transfer terms are shown on each trip page, on the booking form and in your confirmation email. The 14 day cancellation right that applies to many things bought online does not apply to a booking for a trip on a set date (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(h)). If we cancel a trip, we will offer you another date or a full refund.

Safety declaration

Before you pay you are asked to read and agree to a safety declaration. It asks you to be honest about your health and ability, to bring the kit listed for the trip and to follow your guide's instructions. We may change the plan or the route on the day if the weather or conditions make it unsafe.

Liability

Outdoor activity carries some risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Insurance details: [Sam to confirm].
